Delegation Visit
May 2024, a delegation of Dutch CEOs visited Eswatini for a unique exchange focused on water governance solutions. The mission fostered meaningful partnerships and facilitated the exchange of expertise between the Netherlands and Eswatini, contributing to innovative approaches to tackle water management challenges. This collaboration marked a significant step toward strengthening international cooperation in integrated water resources management.
THE 7th International REMCO Conference 2023
THEME: Promoting Operational Transboundary Cooperation
From 6th to 10th November 2023, the Joint River Basin Authorities – Project Board (JRBA-PB), in partnership with ARA-Sul of Mozambique and the Inkomati-Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA) of South Africa, successfully hosted the 7th International REMCO Conference at the Happy Valley Hotel in Ezulwini, Eswatini.
The conference brought together regional stakeholders under the theme “Promoting Operational Transboundary Cooperation”, fostering dialogue, knowledge exchange, and strengthened collaboration in shared watercourse management.
