Who We Are
Joint River Basin Authorities – Project Board (JRBA – PB) is an operational organization within the Ministry of Natural Resources and Energy. JRBA – PB was established under section (79) of the Eswatini Water Act of 2003. The entity aims to strengthen the five (5) River Basins Authorities of the country; through improving water management activities at a sub-national level while covering the entire country.
Mission
The JRBA-PB aims to take the lead in Water Resources Management by ensuring the implementation of basin-level Integrated Water Resources Management in the Kingdom of Eswatini

To implement effective basin-level water governance through coordinated planning, equitable allocation, and data-driven management for long-term water security
